The Partnership performed a health status and health needs assessment survey in the winter of 2003. The Purpose of this survey project was two fold:

• To gather information about the health status, health care needs, and health care resources utilized by Richmond County, Georgia residents. The analysis includes data about both insured and uninsured persons. Also, the results are tabulated according to the respondents' postal zip codes
  
• To gather information about health insurance coverage of persons employed by small businesses operating in Richmond County, Georgia.
